  Not all bad, have had some decently quick experiences before but last Friday I went a little bit before closing, they had a huge line and not because there was too few employees or too many customers... They were all counting down the minutes til closing by Talking, talking to one another, talking to a customer about his family, just talking and not concerned at all with the line of customers who wanted to get it done before the weekend. Poor way to make your customers feel. I left, this is a For Profit Business, don't treat us like cattle.

  I usually drive all the way to Shelton to buy my tabs but settled on this location because it was closer. The staff was very rude, too busy having their personal conversations and treated me like I was inconveniencing by asking them to do their job.

  I'd actually give zero stars because, a phone customer is just as important as a customer in person. Whoever I spoke with today was too busy and too concerned with the line in the office to fully speak with me on what I was asking. She was rude and told me she didn't have time to talk when I was trying to explain why I needed information on a vehicle I sold (because the purchaser got a traffic infraction and it was sent to my home in my name)
