- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in the purchase a mailing envelope and couldn't believe how unhelpful (and hard of hearing apparently) staff was. Ended up just giving up trying to explain that I just wanted to purchase the mailing envelope and walked out. Not impressed.By Jessica Jette, July 10, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We had a mailbox with Pack & Mail Plus for about a year and were very happy with their service. There was either no wait or only a short wait to pick up packages. They're very organized and friendly. It was a pleasure stopping by there. Also we never had mis-delivered in our box so felt very secure about our own personal mail being delivered correctly. (This has not always been the case with other PO box entities.) We highly recommend this business.By Pete Smith, October 14, 2016
