  I have had great customer service at this location. Including meeting with management. They were not my first choice when they made changes to charge customers for actually speaking to a live person amongst other charges that I felt should be free. They have made great strides focusing on customer service after reversing some bad decisions made in the past!

  Big banks don't have to be scary. The staff here are friendly and very accommodating.

  If I could give them less then a one star I would, horrible customer service! Tried giving us phone numbers to call instead of dealing with our issue, spoke with 3 diffrent financial reps and one of the assistant managers, told us that our check would be cleared on the 10th, then it changed to the 12th, then told us I couldn't be put on my boyfriends account to work out the issue while he had to go to work, honestly worst bank experience ive ever had. Went over to gig harbor boa instead, literally fixed our problem in an hour. We had been trying to fix it with port orchard bank of America for at least a week and multiple visits! If you've got seriouse bank issues go to gig harbor and skip port orchard. Only good Rep at port orchard is Kristie.

  Had a positive experience my first time going to this branch. They were professional and helpful to us and helped us get the information we needed to changed. However, there is no one to greet you when you walk in, so trying to figure out if someone can help you is awkward. You just sit there till someome finally walks up and asks what you need. Overall they have been a good bank for us.
